now what?
I'm lvl 10 & my friend is lvl 11 and are doing the Fort Ranik Missions but they're too easy; where should we go and a bit on how to get there would be appreciated. Thanks.

Keep doing the missions and advance faster. You don't have to do all of the quests.

at this level you should move forward in the map. Go to shiverpeak area. There is a map posted on the forum somewhere if you dont know where is shiverpeak.
